Business Spotlight: Q&A with Erica Nail, Founder of 325 Catering & Events

Every business owner knows that the entrepreneurial journey is full of adversity. But the key to becoming successful is to just keep going.

Today’s guest is no stranger to adversity.

While battling Lupus and being a single mother of two, Erica Nail went from selling to go plates to starting a thriving catering & event planning business.

Tune in to hear how she uses her adversity to keep pushing forward, why self-care is so important for business owners, and why all of us should leave the past in the past. Erica was an absolute delight to talk to and I know you’ll benefit from her tremendous wisdom.
