Episode 10

Understanding Millennials from The Millennial Perspective

Millennials are currently taking over the worldwide workforce.

In fact, it’s predicted that by 2030, millennials will take up 75% of the workforce.

This generation (made up of people born between 1981-1996) is the first one ever to grow up completely surrounded by technology, thus shaping the way they view work. With 1.8 billion millennials in the world, it’s inevitable that the way we conduct business and engage millennials in the workplace will have to evolve.

The question is: what are you and your business doing to attract and retain them in the workplace?

On this episode, I’m diving deep and unpacking the millennials perspective, and how you can apply this in your workplace. From their core motivations to how they consume content, I’m revealing exactly how you can leverage the millennial generation for your business.
